Setting Up IP Forwarding/Masquerading on Red Hat

It's not something I do very often, and I've not yet done it using 
iptables ...

Is there a script that anyone would recommend to help setup
forwarding/masquerading on a Red Hat 7.3 installation? I need a very
straight forward setup with clients coming in via Samba on eth1 and out to 
the net on eth0.
