Hi,

You have to turn cookies on in your "$home/.lynxrc" for per-user
settings, or your global "lynx.cfg" for site preferences.  To do this,
you can edit your config file with a text editor or (this might be
easier), start lynx, type "o" for "options", and set your cookie
preference.  I think your choices are to accept no cookies (the
default), prompt for whether to accept, or to unconditionally accept
cookies.
