isspeakup list not working?

Hi Folks:  As many of you realized the speakup list as well as all our
other lists were not working from about 2:00am yesterday until last
night.  It was a bad email address which wouldn't resolve.  I finally
got it fixed last night about 7:30pm.  Sorry for the delay.
