Text typesetting, TCL, TCL/TK script languages

oopse, forgot those. tex is a typesetting ssystem as you said.

this means that you can write documents by inserting commands. a bit like
html etc, but more complicated and with many options. so you only need it if
you want to write latex/tex documents.

as for tcl, this is a programming langauge essentially. if you're going to
use emacspeak keep it, otherwise you don't need it.
