patching new speakup cvs error question

Hi Raul:  It depends whether you are using the latest 2.4.10pre9 or
whatever.  There is an extra blank line diff to drivers/char/Makefile
which I have not got around to removing yet.  So if that is the case
it is not important.  If it is much earlier then it might be something
important.
