I would generally not recommend doing that.
I have seen a gateway case where it was possible to screw
harddrives onto a bracket above the power supply. However,
that is the exception to the rule. If you're drives are just lying inside your computer without any screws, be sure
to check them if you move your computer before turning it back on,
or you may get an unplaseant surprise.
