I too received a hunk patch failure when installing speakup-1.00 into a fresh kernel at 2.4.13 level. This installed fine on a 2.4.12. The error looked serious enough that I will fall back to 2.4.12 until I hear more on this. The rejected hunk sounded identical to the one posted here on the list several days ago. Any ideas?
