  Yes: when editing some header, for example subject:, press ctrl-r
(rich headers). Now you can edit any existent header field. Ir you need
more headers you can define them at setup->configuration->custom hdrs.
You can also define visible headers there.

  btw: when editin message text ctrl-r will insert a text file into
message body.
