speakup keymaps

Maybe we could get creative and make it so a little penguin's picture is
on the old windows key now called the linux key. lol.  But seriously.  I
have not tried with the keymaps to see if that key can even bound.  For
vocal-eyes type laptop layout to read current line could be something
like linux-l, word linux-w, and so on and so forth.
