altered speakup config tool.

Hi guys, I've made a slight change to the sp-config tool. I added an
option for voice. please not sp-config-0.1a is not a new release it's just
to differentiate between Steve's original and my edited version.
I know that I've gone and done the very thing Steve did at first but it's
a start at least.
please let me know what you think.
