Hi

I asked if you could navigate up the screen before you inserted the root
disk.  I asked this just to be sure that it is the root disk that is causing
the problem.  I forgot to ask whether your using rawwrite under windows with
a screen reader.  If so, are you using the DOS or Windows version of
rawwrite?

yes  to all 3 questions, both hard disk and floppies ar identified, i
do get to the prompt asking for the root disk, and i have downloaded
and  wused rrawrite the disk each time and still no sucess. hthanks
