Micq broken?

As of about 3 days ago, I have been experiencing rpoblems
sending messages on the icq network. People either
don't get my messages at all, or I don't get their replies.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, does changing icq
clients fix it at all?
I have upgraded to micq 0.4.7 but it appears that the icq
network continues to eat messages.
