email sounding harsh

I must apologize for my last email.  After reading it I feel it sounded harsh and uncaring.  It wasn't meant to come off that way especially because we are all 
doing things that make us learn.  If I was in the situation with the glibc that is what I would do, get the 2 boot disks but other than that I would not know what 
else to do without asking.
