FYI, freewwweb.com SOLD OUT! I used them for like 3 years and then they sold
out to....ah hell I can't remember to who, but it sure ticked me off that
they did.

He might try freewwweb.com if they are still around. I used them briefly
while I was hunting for a dsl provider. I slogged about their sight and
found some info that allowed me to configure ppp and I was using it with
no problems.
