Try adding a -i or a -I to the "options" line. I used the -I and it seems to
work well.

LESS="-I -M"

Lemme know if this helps. If it does i'm hitting up your fridge.

Hi all

Well I have figured out the less issue that I had months ago.  How about
this for an answer.
export LESS="-M"

It prints nice line numbers on the last line of the display.  I like!  I
also need to figure out how to get the default search to be case
insensitive.
