OT: Pine Question

Is there anything I can do to get Pine to shut up about character sets?
I'd like to get messages like the following out of my emails, I'm sick of
hearing them over and over:


    [ The following text is in the "X-UNKNOWN" character set. ]
    [ Your display is set for the "iso-8859-1" character set.  ]
    [ Some characters may be displayed incorrectly. ]

Frankly, U of Washington, I don't give a d**m.
