Hi all,

Steve, thanks.  I decided to remove all that specific info for
installation because I think it should go in docs devoted to
installation.  I think you'll like the FAQ once it's posted.  I took
everyone's suggestions into consideration.  I'll be back with more
questions if I do another doc project.  You guys are the techies.  I
only put the technical info into plain English.
