Ultrasonix

There is a gnome-based project to develop screen-reader for gnome. There is
the Ultrasonix project which has produced at least one version which
supposedly did something when run on Solaris. There is something (which I
can't remember the name of) from Germany which is/was supposed to be a
commercial attempt at an X-based screen reader, but never heard anything
more.
These are all I've heard of. Anyone got more to add to this list?
