A more complete log about my disk access errors

UDMA and UDMA 66/100 are different to dma, since Ultra DMA allows
data transferr rates to theoretically aproach 33mb/s and 66/100mb per second with the
other speeds. UDMA66 and faster need 80-wire cables.
