Getting posted to the list

I notice most of the messages on the list do say speakup at brail.uwo.ca, but
every time lately when I try that, I get a bounce within 3 days saying the
connection timed out with julian.uwo.ca.  When I use this address -
speakup at speech.braille.uwo.ca, they seem to get through.  I wonder if
somehow the DNS's at sprint.broadband are pointing to the wrong box or
what?

Any ideas?
