problems sending email to list

Hi.
For some reason, I can not send email to this list unless
I go through the speakup web page.
My internet provider attempts to send the email
for 3 days, and then cancels the message.
When I try to ping braille.uwo.ca,
I get the message, unknown host.
nslookup comes back with the name of the host,
but no ip address.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I have tried to respond to several messages, including
sending a message directly to Kirk.
