Ok, here it is for those who have a static IP. You can use the public DNS
servers for free. To get all the gory details (and there are many) go to:
http://soa.granitecanyon.com/

Note that this is not something for the faint of heart as if you mess up,
your domain will go nowhere. While there is plenty of info, I don't think
there is live help.
