Yes, it is.  But I notice you have to use a "subdomain" under the dhs.org
banner.  I want to use my full domain of holmesgrown.com.  It looks like
nols.com may be a good bet so far at $20 per year - that doesn't sound too
bad.  Though the dhs.org isn't a bad deal if you don't mind being a
subdomain.
