cap_stop and cap_start

Cap_start and cap_stop can either be command strings to your synth to
raise and lower the pitch say before and after a shifted character.
You could also do something like "cap " for cap_start and it would say
cap before each shifted character.  In this case you would set
cap_stop to "".  We do pretty careful range checking so you should be
safe.  That isn't a challenge! 'grin'
