tuxtalker

Hi TuxTalk is just a software synthesizer.  I have no review functions
or anything like that.  I supports a subset of the DoubleTalk command
set for rate, pitch and punctuation.  You can get it out of cvs with
the module name tuxtalk.  It currently is not a very high quality
synthesizer.
