IRQ conflicts between 2 sound cards

Hi:

You need to define the SB16's IRQ and DMA settings in /etc/isapnp.gone so
that isapnptools won't reallocate it.  You'll probably need to then edit
/etc/isapnp.conf, depending what's in it.
