silencing Speakup on certain virtual consoles?

You can use workbone with the number keys across the top of the qwerty
keyboard.  You can turn individual console with the print-screen key
the left most of the three over the six pack.  You cannot use the
numpad though because currently in linux the keymap is common to all
the consoles.  I believe that may change in 2.5.x.
