Dectalk internal pc card?

As far as I can tell Speakup can't use the Dectalk PC cards, but Emacspeak
can if you build the Dectalk drivers on the blinux ftp sight.
I'm not an expirt on the Dectalk PC so I don't really know how to direct you
further.
