Speakup not speaking first letter, usually after hitting enter

Hi Folks:  We have checked in the fix for the DoubleTalk lt and
LiteTalk into cvs.  We will happily apply the fix for folks with other
synths which demonstrate the same problem.  Right now I have the
Audaptor on my list after seeing Bills comment.  Anyothers?
