modem for linux

hi Gregory,,
thanks for the info,
i found a us robotics modem,
they say it has jumpers and also they say
that it does not say that it is a win modem
so our guess is that it should work.
i really wish that the maker would put what op systems that these modems
work in.
any way thanks for the help.
