hello there. i was curious about how to set up a list server. like this one. where people need to subscribe, and can communicate on the list with each other. also, i'd like to set up one where the owner of the list is the only one who is able to send to it, i know all this is possible, i just don't know what packages i need, how to set them up, etc. thanks .
