I did some research on this a while ago. Umm, there's a php script
called sacash. You'll need postgresql/mysql a webserver and php, but
it looks pretty good.

This one's another ledger program.

I haven't looked at any of this stuff very closely, just haven't had
the time, but both sacash and sql ledger should be dead easy to modify
if you've got some programming skill.
