Microsoft alters Passport terms of use.htm

There is an answer to all of this. Don't use any m$ passport site. I
suppose you can take it a step further and refuse mail to the site. Of
course I suspect it would punish the poor sap who doesn't know better then
to use their site and not effect m$ themselves.
