speakup and kernels higher than 2.4-test3

Hi
	UDMA/66 support for my chipset, Dev FS, and some other patches that don't
work on 2.2. I know devfs support is available for 2.2, but it's still at 2.2.17pre-20. I suppose you can just call me a beta testing freak.
