Voice Synthesizers

Well, that's too bad.  personally, I would like to stay away from software
synthesizers even if they worked underlinux.  I would rather my cpu was
doing real work.

the accent line isn't being made anymore.
aicom has stopped the manufacture of the accent sa,
accent pc and accent messenger, and the 
accent mini.
I talked to the owner of aicom, and he said
he couldn't compeat with the 
software synthesizers, and most people
seem to want the software synthes.

so if you want an accent, you will have to try and find
a used one some where.
I wish I could find one myself.
