migrating from DOS to Linux

Hi Rudy:  There is an experimental Dectalk Express driver for
speakup.  At this point it works rather sluggishly but I am hoping to
have more time to work on it in the next week or so.  If you don't
mind sluggish I believe it works fine currently.  By sluggish I mean
it can take a half second to a second to do a review function like say
line.  This too shall pass!
