The 2.2.16 errata patch?

Hi y'all,

Am looking to upgrade my kernel to 2.2.16, and I notice there is also an
"errata" patch, which I also downloaded.

I patched the patch-2.2.16 into my 2.2.15 kernel, with
patch -p0 <patch-2.2.16
from /usr/src (and the linux directory is /usr/src/linux)

I tried the same command with the errata patch
patch -p0 <2.2.16combo

It gave an error that it couldn't find the file to patch.

Anyone know how this patch is supposed to work?
