doubletalk pc not detected using speakup-0.09-v2.3-patch

Hi Josh:  You are the second person to report a problem with the
DoubleTalk under 2.4.0.  I will look into it and let you know what I
find out.  We are just working on setting up cvs so getting updates
will be a lot easier once that is running.
