speakfreely and the speakup reflector

Actually, after a bit more testing... sfspeaker seems to work, but sfmike
dumps core as soon as it is run. It doesn't print out any
information. I've looked at the Makefile, but I don't see anything that
seems as-if it needs to be changed.
