Speakup and ViaVoice.

I don't remember anyone saying Viavoice was manditory, but it would be a
nice addition. After all there are plenty of MS Windows users that are
wanting to migrate and look at Linux who don't have hardware synths like a
Dectalk Express.
Many of those use Jaws 3.7,  Window Eyes 4.0,  or another Windows based
screen reader which has Viavoice Outloud for Windows packaged in.
So having a loadible module in a speakup kernal for Viavoice Outloud for
Linux makes sense.
As for Festival I personally don't care for it, but that is a personal
decision. I would rather use Viavoice if I had to use software speech on a
laptop, or setup a Linux machine for someone who doesn't have a hhardware
synth.
